wonderful stay at hillside gem
perfect temperaturebalcony viewhoneymoon cakehallway smells
the pool was gorgeous and the water temp was just right. our room balcony had a view i swear i've seen in movies. staff was friendly and gave us great service. i especially appreciated the tasty honeymoon cake, it was so sweet.
there were some smells in the hallway , made me uncomfortable.

nishadi at restaurant was helpful explaining all veg options. harshana and lakshitha gave us really good care. arosha pananwala, general manager, showed exemplary leadership, maintaining high standards. nilakshi was efficient and hospitable during dinner and breakfast.

the buffet breakfast had a superb quality. a great variety of eastern dishes was available. western options were also present. the king's court restaurant has fantastic cheesecake.

this place have nice setting on a hill. views feature the mahaweli river on one side. the knuckles mountain range is visible on the other side. the landscape are well maintained.

warm waterwide range
i liked the pool a lot, its water was warm and clean. my suite had a view, like a movie scene. i enjoyed breakfast, a wide range was available.
